William Sawaya
Sawaya & Moroni emerged on the international design scene in 1984 relatively quickly combining the professional talent of architect and designer William Sawaya with entrepreneurship of Paolo Moroni. The company is set as a manufacturer of high quality design furniture. With a background in architecture, the duo create pieces that explore conceptual and productive restrictions. There is a multitude of furniture, silver and artefacts designed by Sawaya and Moroni that have found a home in private collections and design museums around the world. Sawaya has worked for diverse clients, designing trophies for FIFA and crystal items for Baccarat. He recently designed the Zarina range for Andreu World.
