Santi Moix
Santi Moix lives in New York since 1986. A multifaceted creator, Moix also makes sculptures, drawings, ceramics and mural paintings as well as illustrations for books. Those medias, along with painting shape his way of expression mixing figuration with abstraction. In 2002, Moix was recognized with a grant from the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation. His graphic work is shown with Pace Gallery. His latest special projects include a mural for Prada in their SoHo store, interventions at the Brooklyn Museum, Palau de la Música Catalana of Barcelona, and the frescoes in the church of Sant Victor of Seurí in the Pyrenees. Currently, Moix resides and has a studio in Brooklyn, New York and in Barcelona.
