Nani Marquina was born in Barcelona and studied industrial design at the Massana School in Barcelona. Driven by a singular desire and a very creative background, she established Nanimarquina in 1987 with a clear goal: to design unique and surprising handcrafted rugs for people to enjoy.
Nani Marquina is a family-owned company and a pioneer in the field of contemporary rug design that is searching for constant innovation, handcraft techniques, and new materials.
