Nani’s father, Rafael Marquina, created the famous Marquina oil cruet, fostering a deep love of design in Nani. An obsession with rugs led her to work with respected local and international designers and experiment with materials, shapes and textures to continually innovate and develop standout collections.

She and her daughter María Piera now travel the world, uncovering ancient techniques, cultural and craft heritage to make tradition contemporary. This first-hand knowledge is applied to each product to the finest fibres – Afghan and New Zealand wool, wool felt, recycled rubber, silk, nettle, jute and mohair.
